TAMPA — The city on Wednesday lifted the shelter-in-place order for South Tampa residents who live in a two block radius around W Azeele Street and Henderson Boulevard.
The order was given about 3 p.m. while work crews dealt with a broken natural gas line. It was lifted about 3:45 p.m.
Tampa Fire rescue crews and TECO Peoples Gas personnel are at the scene of the broken line in South Tampa.
