HOUSTON – Police are investigating after a man was shot in the head while leaving a gas station in southwest Houston, police said. Officers said the man later died from his injuries.
Police said the shooting happened around 12:38 a.m. in the 10900 block of Beechnut.
According to the gas station attendant, the suspect went inside the convenience store to buy beer, but it was after midnight, so he was denied and walked outside.
