PG&E Crew Caps Gas Leak in Morgan Hill
A natural gas leak prompted evacuations in Morgan Hill Thursday evening.
The incident occurred in the area of Stonebridge Drive and Stonebridge Court.
Carlos Alcantar, a spokesman for Cal Fire told NBC Bay Area that a resident was working on his fence post when he accidentally hit a gas line. That's when the gas leak started.

According to Cal Fire, residents had to be evacuated in the immediate area.
Cal Fire tweeted that a PG&E crew stopped the leak just before 10:20 p.m.
Residents were able to return to their homes short time later as crews stayed on scene to make sure the leak didn't return.
