HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A man was shot and killed outside a Clear Lake gas station.
Police say the man had an altercation with someone in a car at the gas pumps before being shot.
The shooting happened before 5 p.m. in the 200 block of El Dorado Blvd. Wednesday.
